Delete your Sky Clock account
Sky Clock, published by BytieBell LTD (Minidiel). Last updated 13 July 2026.
Sky Clock does not require an account. If you never signed in with Google, we hold no personal data about you at all — simply uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your device.
If you did sign in, here is how to delete that account and everything attached to it.
If you purchased Premium from Google Play, your purchase belongs to your Play account, not to your Sky Clock account — you can restore it with “Restore purchases”.
Option 1 — delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Sky Clock.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation — it tells you that Premium goes with it — and confirm.
The deletion happens immediately. Nothing is queued and there is no waiting period.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app installed, or you would rather we did it, email lorenzo@minidiel.com from the Google address you signed in with (that is how we verify the request is yours) and ask us to delete your Sky Clock account.
We will action it and confirm by reply within 30 days, and in practice far sooner.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your sign-in account — email address, Google display name, and user ID (held in Firebase Authentication) | Deleted. |
| Your Premium record — promotion number, the app-install ID it was linked from, and the date you linked (held in our database) | Deleted. |
| Your Premium entitlement (held by RevenueCat) | Revoked, and the account record is removed. |
| Everything on your device — favourites, reminder settings, theme, widget settings, news inbox | Stays on your phone; uninstalling the app removes it. |
What we keep, and why
If you were given free Premium in our launch promotion, we keep one record of the promotion seat itself — a number and the date it was claimed, stored against the anonymous, randomly-generated identifier of the app installation that claimed it. We keep it so that our count of how many free places have been given out stays correct.
It contains no personal data — no email, no name, no user ID, and after deletion nothing in it points back to you or to your Google account. We keep it indefinitely for that accounting purpose. If you would like it removed as well, say so in your email and we will remove it.
